Who is Richardson Strata Management Services? We’re a family-owned and operated company and we’ve been providing professional management services to Western Australian strata companies since our opening in 1984.
Founder and Managing Director, Karen Richardson, has been in Strata Management since 1979 and was a founding member of STIWA (now Strata Community Association WA – SCAWA) – we’re not only backed by an abundance of industry experience, but we also have a team of dedicated and highly trained staff who are solution focused and able to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
